Appointment Information
To ensure a smooth testing process, please review the following before your appointment:
- A valid, physical government-issued photo ID is required. Expired IDs cannot be accepted.
- Please arrive at your scheduled time.
- Be prepared to provide the reason for testing (e.g., pre-access, pre-employment, random, post-incident, return-to-work, etc.).
- Results are typically available within 2–3 business days, although turnaround times may vary depending on the testing panel selected
- For oral fluid collections, please avoid eating, drinking, smoking, vaping, chewing gum, or using mouthwash for at least 10–15 minutes before your appointment. If needed, our collector will have you wait before the sample is collected.
