High Angle Rope Rescue
We offer High Angle Rope Rescue Certification:
This Level I Basic 8-hour course is designed for tradesmen of all types (e.g., electricians, industrial workers, etc.) who work at heights and are required to rescue. The prerequisite is fall protection training. Workers will learn the fundamentals of rescue planning, equipment, and techniques, as well as have a half-day of rescue practice at height.
The terms Fall Rescue and High Angle Rescue refer to the same course. Both are courses for workers to rescue a fallen worker who is suspended at height. The course examines rescue theory, equipment, and how to get a worker down effectively. This course is available in an 8-hour format and is customizable to your industry. We can offer this course specifically to telecommunications workers or oil and gas workers climbing vessels.
Minimum of 4 participants.
Equipment requirements for this course are: Rescue Harness, Leather Gloves, Hard Hat with chin strap
